Got to hang out with Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio... if that wasn't enough, he cooked us some amazing pork belly. Gotta love work sometimes.

Spike from Top Chef
I watch WAY more tv now then I ever have, but I have to say, I've watched Top Chef since season one. Anyways, I was fortunate enough to get to photograph one of my favorite contestants from season four, Spike. His personality on the show was completely off the charts and that didn't slow down when we started shooting. And he made us Rootbeer floats.
Bret Michaels
WIll Sasso
During my trip to LA, I got to spend a little bit of time w/ funny man, Will Sasso. He's pretty known for his time on Mad TV, but now he's on a show with William Shatner called '$#*! My Dad Says'... which is pretty funny. Check out my interview and photos here. Also, he says shit a lot.
Storybook Burlesque at CMJ
So, these a little bit late getting posted. Things have just been very crazy. During the CMJ fest, our friends from Storybook Burlesque gave a nice break from the non-stop music to put on a little show at The Southpaw in Brooklyn. Since they are quite amazing, be sure to check them out on December 3rd in Coney Island as they present Part II of 'The Bible Show.' Yeah... it's gonna be awesome. Check out the rest of the set HERE!

Behind the Scenes at The Today Show
Spike Mendelsohn
I'm not a giant fan of reality tv, but I do watch a lot of Top Chef. And I have to say that one of my favorite contestants from all of the seasons was Spike from season 4. So, when we got him into the studio to chat about his book and upcoming season of Top Chef Masters, it was a total treat. I was able to get a few shots of Spike showing us how he chills in front of his tube watching other contestants not be as awesome. Oh, and he made us Rootbeer floats.

When a normal interview goes Eastbound and Down.
So, this was supposed to be a simple shoot/interview Danny McBride and Jody Hill from Eastbound and Down. Started out that way, pics were fine, but a little boring. So we ended up at the HBO party after the event and got to hanging with these guys and needless to day, they opened up. As did we. Now, I like to party, probably more then the next guy, but these two were so much fun it put me to shame. I did end up getting a shot at the party that I was happy with though and had a beyond good time. Thanks again Kenny Powers. Check out the interview on PopEater HERE.
Aaron Johnson
Aaron Johnson came on the scene after starring in the comic book flick, Kick Ass. Since then he's kinda blown up. I mean come on, he's playing John Lennon. Anyways, we got to spend some time with him at the Nowhere Boy press day and I was able to get a few nice frames of him. I think I did scare him a bit with the flash though.
